with Dr. Cody Kost
My education in the Healing arts began by obtaining my Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine from Everglades University in Sarasota, FL. The journey continued at East West College of Natural Medicine where I graduated with a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor of Health Sciences.
After feeling that I needed to continue my education to the highest degree in my field I pursued my Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Degree from Pacific College of Health and Science, graduating in April 2023.
While attending East West College of Natural Medicine I was blessed to have completed a 2-semester internship at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital. While there I was able to treat patients with Acupuncture to provide relief from pain, aid in post-operative healing, help alleviate side effects of cancer treatment, and to assist patients in recovery from post-stroke symptoms.
Healthcare should be a collaborative journey and I work with patients to achieve their best health in the path that they choose. Along with Acupuncture I also utilize herbal medicine, homeopathic and vitamin injections, cupping, and other East Asian medical approaches to achieve this. I strive to bring my patients back into balance to bring about their optimal level of health.
